These Terms of Service govern your use of Traquor. Using the service means you accept them.

Not legal advice; no attorney–client relationship

Traquor is not a law firm. We provide self-help document templates and information. Using the service does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and Traquor or anyone associated with it. The letters generated by the service are documents you create from templates, not legal advice, and this product is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. For matters that materially affect your rights, your finances, or your housing, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

Accuracy and reliance

We make a good-faith effort to keep statute citations and notice periods accurate and review them against current law, but state law changes and individual situations vary. Deadlines shown in your documents are computed from the dates you enter — verify them before relying on them. You are responsible for verifying that a generated letter is appropriate for your specific circumstances before sending it. Traquor makes no warranty that any letter will achieve a particular outcome.

Fees, payment, and refunds

Complete Letters are sold for a one-time fee shown at checkout (currently $29 per letter). Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of purchase; we do not store your card details and we do not keep a card on file. Prices may change prospectively — a price change never affects letters you have already purchased. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee. Email support@traquor.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If optional add-on services with third-party fulfillment costs (such as certified mailing) are offered, their specific refund terms are disclosed at the point of purchase.

Your account and your documents

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Use a strong, unique password; you can reset it at /forgot. Purchased letters remain available in your account for at least 12 months from purchase, and we do not delete accounts with purchased documents for inactivity during that period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Traquor to harass, defame, defraud, or impersonate any person, or to generate letters containing false statements of fact. You agree not to scrape, copy, or republish the templates or content at scale, automate the service in ways that disrupt other users, or attempt to circumvent security, usage limits, or payment requirements.

Intellectual property

The website, software, and template content are owned by Traquor. You retain ownership of the personal facts you enter and the finalized letters you generate. You may share your generated letters freely; you may not republish the underlying templates.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your account data within 7 days, except that we retain transaction records as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traquor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Washington.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect any change. Material changes (e.g. dispute-resolution mechanics, fee terms) will be emailed to you with at least 30 days' notice before they take effect.
