How to generate your Unpaid Wages Demand letter

I am writing to demand payment of wages I earned but have not been paid for the pay period from [date] to [date].

I demand payment of $[AMOUNT] within 14 days of receipt of this letter.

If the amount is not paid within 14 days, I will file a wage claim with the your state labor department and / or the U.S. Department of Labor and pursue all available remedies, including liquidated damages, interest, attorney fees, and any applicable statutory penalties.
