How to generate your Habitability Notice letter

If the conditions are not remedied within that period, I reserve all remedies available under your state law, including but not limited to: rent withholding, repair-and-deduct (where authorized), reporting to the local building / health department, constructive eviction, and recovery of damages.

This letter serves as the written notice required to invoke those remedies. Please respond in writing with your repair plan and timeline.
