How to generate your Harassment Cease and Desist letter

Five steps, usually under ten minutes total.

This letter is formal demand that you immediately cease the following conduct:

Depending on the circumstances, your conduct may also expose you to civil and criminal liability.

I demand that you cease this conduct immediately and provide a written response within 7 days confirming that you will comply. If the conduct does not stop, I will pursue all available remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, reporting to local code-enforcement and law-enforcement authorities, and complaints to any applicable rental-housing agency.

This letter is being kept for my records and may be used in subsequent legal proceedings.
