How to generate your Early Lease Termination letter

Five steps, usually under ten minutes total.

I will leave the unit clean and in good condition (less ordinary wear and tear) and will return all keys on the vacate date. Please conduct a move-out inspection before that date so that any deductions from the security deposit are documented in writing.
